A graduate of Praxis Institute with a degree in massage therapy, Rahmel also holds a National Certification from the World Fitness Association. Rahmel integrates Z-Form’s core foundations into his training philosophy, ensuring that each client receives a personalized and science-backed fitness plan. He conducts detailed biomechanical assessments, evaluating strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, core stability, joint function, muscle output, form, posture, and breathing to create customized programs that enhance performance and prevent injury.
