Everyone must check-in with the front desk upon entry.
All cell phones must be on silent. If a phone call arrives, please take it in the lobby area.
Sweating is not permitted on the machines.
Wipe down before and/or after using the equipment. Antibacterial wipes found near the cardio machines are at your disposal and disinfectant spray bottles are stationed throughout the gym floor.
To ensure proper hygiene, towels are to be used while exercising at all times.
Place towels in the towel bins at the end of your workout. (Towel bins are located in the locker rooms or by the front desk.)
Practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet distance to the greatest extent possible.
Take a moment to re-rack all the weights after your workout.
Do not bang or drop weights.
​​To ensure privacy, taking photos or videos in private areas such as locker rooms is strictly prohibited.
Gently close shower doors after use.
In the locker room, locks must be removed after usage.
Children are not allowed on the floor at any time unless they are being assisted by a trainer. In the event that your child accompanies you, please have them wait in the waiting area.
Individuals must use ear/headphones to listen to music or for other entertainment purposes. Absolutely NO blasting music.
Food is not permitted on the gym floor.
​​Appropriate workout attire is required. No swimsuits or clothing that may be inappropriate in a family environment. Shirts must be worn at all times. Closed toe athletic shoes must be worn in all fitness areas.

We have a no-hassle cancellation or freeze policy! There are no fees to pause or cancel your membership. Refunds are available to issue within 3 days after bill date.
To cancel and stop the billing of your monthly membership, the club must receive completion of our cancellation request form, once that form is received by our staff a confirmation will be issued. If we do not receive this form, we cannot cancel your membership. Please note it may take up to 1-2 business days for any membership or billing changes to take effect.
Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a max of 2 months. If your travel time exceeds this duration, please submit a cancellation request.

Yes, we offer corporate rates that are great for team building! Please contact us leaving your name, number, company information, and how many people will be joining. To be eligible you must have a minimum of 5+ employees. *Subject to subscription fee
