What are the new policies in place due to COVID-19?

Accepted Answer

Face masks are required at all times.
 
Our members are required to wipe equipment used before and after using the equipment. Antibacterial wipes found near the cardio machines are at your disposal and disinfectant spray bottles are stationed throughout the gym floor.
To ensure proper hygiene, towels are to be used while exercising at all times.
Please place towels in the towel bins at the end of your workout. (Towel bins are located in the locker rooms or by the front desk.)
Practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet distance to the greatest extent possible.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit your facility?

It is not required to make an appointment, but due to COVID-19 we recommend reserving a private tour by clicking here.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we are located on the 7th floor of the First Citizen's Bank parking garage on Aviation Ave. Parking is validated at the front desk. (Validation is 3 hours for $1)
