I want to join the gym, but it is the 17th of the month.. Do I have to wait until the 1st of the month to sign up?
No, our plans are prorated.
A few of my coworkers would like to join the gym, do you offer discounted corporate rates?
Yes, we offer corporate rates that are great for team building! Please contact us leaving your name, number, company information, and how many people will be joining. To be eligible you must have a minimum of 5+ employees. *Subject to subscription fee
What is your cancellation policy for memberships? What if I want to pause my membership?
Do you have to be a member to join a class?
No, anyone can join! Each class is $10. We have temporarily suspended classes due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Is there parking available?
Yes, we are located on the 7th floor of the First Citizen's Bank parking garage on Aviation Ave. Parking is validated at the front desk. (Validation is 3 hours for $1)
I have some friends visiting. Do you offer guest passes?
We do not offer guest passes, but they can purchase our day rate passes here.

It is not required to make an appointment, but due to COVID-19 we recommend reserving a private tour by clicking here.
I have a trainer already, can we train here? Are there fees?
Yes there are fees, please call us at 305-858-5886 or send us a message to find out more information.
What can a personal trainer do for me?
There are many reasons why people hire a personal trainer. Trainers are excellent for providing motivation, teaching safe workout techniques, giving individualized instruction, suggesting new effective workouts, to bolster confidence, to provide sport-specific training, assist with injury rehabilitation,and to teach new skills. You may want a trainer to motivate and push you to the point where you begin to see lasting results and to give you ongoing encouragement and support so you keep it up!
What type of training do the Personal Trainers have?

Semi-private and Small Group Training can be arranged. Contact us for rates.
May I request a specific trainer?
Yes, if the trainer is available. You would request a specific trainer at the time of sign up and paying, but we cannot guarantee that their availability will match yours. If your decision to purchase services is contigent upon working with a specific trainer, it is recommended that you have one of the program coordinators match sure available times match.
