Do you offer a trial membership?

Yes! We offer 3-day passes to all of our new members. Click here to redeem.

I want to join the gym, but it is the 17th of the month.. Do I have to wait until the 1st of the month to sign up?

No, our plans are prorated.

A few of my coworkers would like to join the gym, do you offer discounted corporate rates?

Yes, we offer corporate rates that are great for team building! Please contact us leaving your name, number, company information, and how many people will be joining. To be eligible you must have a minimum of 5+ employees. *Subject to subscription fee

What is your cancellation policy for memberships? What if I want to pause my membership?

We have a no-hassle cancellation or freeze policy! There are no fees to pause or cancel your membership. Refunds are available to issue within 3 days after bill date. To cancel your monthly membership and stop the billing of the Monthly Membership, the club must receive written notification delivered to the club before your next bill date either in person, via certified mail to the club address, or preferably e-mail. Please note it may take up to 1-2 business days for any membership or billing changes to take effect. *All balances which are 30 days past due are subject to a $25.00 monthly service late fee. In addition to other rights, management reserves the right to: 1. Collect the current and past due balance 2. Suspend and terminate membership privileges.


Do you have to be a member to join a class?

No, anyone can join! Each class is $10. We have temporarily suspended classes due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Are classes still being offered during COVID-19?

Is there parking available?

Yes, we are located on the 7th floor of the First Citizen's Bank parking garage on Aviation Ave. Parking is validated at the front desk. (Validation is 3 hours for $1)

Guest Passes

I have some friends visiting. Do you offer guest passes?

We do not offer guest passes, but they can purchase our day rate passes here.


What are the new policies in place due to COVID-19?

Face masks are required at all times. Our members are required to wipe equipment used before and after using the equipment. Antibacterial wipes found near the cardio machines are at your disposal and disinfectant spray bottles are stationed throughout the gym floor. To ensure proper hygiene, towels are to be used while exercising at all times. Please place towels in the towel bins at the end of your workout. (Towel bins are located in the locker rooms or by the front desk.) Practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet distance to the greatest extent possible. Do I need to make an appointment to visit your facility?

It is not required to make an appointment, but due to COVID-19 we recommend reserving a private tour by clicking here.

I have a trainer already, can we train here? Are there fees?
