Z-Form is now offering our fitness club to trainers and fitness instructors that are looking for a professional work-out facility to train their clients.

The club provides:

• 3-hour covered parking

• Towel Service

• Shower Facilities

• Full Cardiovascular Equipment

• Free and stabilized weights

• Spinning/Yoga/Zumba/Body Sculpt/Cross Fit Room

• Physical Therapy

Want to teach a class of your own? Z- Form is seeking Instructors for Zumba, Yoga, Bodysculpting, and Spinning, etc.

Preference -

• Deep Tissue Massage

• Swedish

• Hot Stones

• Cupping
