For years I refused to set foot in a gym, but a lower back injury forced me to do so. I was hesitant at first, but Rael made me feel quite comfortable from the beginning. 8 months after I started training, I ran my first half marathon. I haven't had back issues in almost two years and feel absolutely great. I can safely say I'm in the best shape of my life.
Rael and the whole staff are a class act. They are all very knowledgeable on all aspects of the industry, and specifically in how to address injuries, therapy and problem areas. The gym is always immaculate, members are all serious about their workouts (not a pick-up joint), the parking is very easy to access and free, and it's a nice place to train..
After few years out of a gym, I took the decision to come back and mix my yoga practice with a professional trainer. After several months I am totally satisfied with Rael as my coach. This guy is almost obsessed with technique and efficiency, which have been an amazing trigger to keep me motivated to improve myself. Though, at some point in every class, I feel like I’m hell. The truth is, that at the end, I have the great sensation of a job well done.
